It’s very bad experience with Samsung Model No. Mobile A 70, my mobile was in warrant year i have some problem into my mobile its was hung then i went into your service Center at Ashiana More, Khajpura, Patna, Bihar 800014 they don’t ask me and format my mobile phone but problem was solve. when came home and check my mobile phone i found other mobile into my mobile, it’s was sound problem, ringing cal sound was ok, but in video sound was not working in any site, when i use earphone then sound was working, then after time ago my mobile charging not working, i purchase new charger Rs. 1199/- . after 2 months it’s works good. from today in charging problem star, its show that mobile is charging but mobile % still when i star charging not going % up.If i go into your Service Center you all will charge high rate to solve my problem….. you please guide me what to do?

I would like to draw your kind attention towards my issue regarding phone repairing, my phone is in warranty period when i have visit your service center that time your technician told me that your phone is in warranty period and you will not need to pay any amount also they have given me the form ticking in warranty form at that time they clearly told me you will not need to pay any amount but now they are asking approx 4800 rs. I want to know if my phone is in the warranty period than why I will pay any amount.
I am doing job in another state, initially they told me you will get your phone within six days and today 9 days have been completed. Still I didn’t receive any update from your side. kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.
